These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit this website or buy My Indian Wedding Planner from You are one step away from success (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the product you agree to them.

1. The product

My Indian Wedding Planner is a digital Google Sheets template for personal use. It is not a wedding planning service, and it does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. You need a Google account to use it.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Payment is a one-time charge processed securely by Razorpay. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or if a price was shown by mistake.

3. Delivery

After successful payment we provide access to the planner as described on our website. If you do not receive access, please contact us using the details below.

4. Your licence

When you buy the planner, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to make your own copy and use it to plan your own wedding or family events. You may share your working copy with family members and others who help you plan. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the original template or its access link, or use it to create a competing product.

5. Ownership

We own the template, its design and the website content. Buying the planner does not transfer ownership of them to you. Sample names, vendors and amounts shown in the planner and on this website are fictional.

6. Your information and your decisions

You are responsible for the information you enter into your copy and for the decisions you make using it. Please check figures with your vendors and advisers before making payments or commitments.

7. No warranty

We work to make the planner accurate and easy to use, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will meet every need or that it will always work without errors, including because of changes to Google Sheets.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including wedding costs, missed payments or lost bookings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the date shown above.
